End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of InBook. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use InBook for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• You may not use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You may not distribute or resell the app without written permission.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in InBook remain the exclusive property of the app owner.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate its terms.

Disclaimer

InBook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of InBook.
